Sattva vasanta review

Sattva Vasanta is honestly one of the best upcoming residential projects I’ve seen in North Bangalore.

The spot is ideal — on Bellary Road itself, only 10 minutes from the airport, a big advantage. The community itself is gigantic — a 16-acre township with 11 towers and 1,077 houses. What I most liked is the balance between city convenience and tranquil greenery — more than 80% of the property is open space, with gardens, walking trails, and plenty of fresh air.

They have a complete apartment size range — from Studio to 4 BHK, so there is something for all kinds of families. The price of ₹78 Lakhs starting point seems completely reasonable given the amenities: a clubhouse, pool, gym, children's play area, fingerprint entry, and 24/7 security.

The houses are also Vaastu-friendly, which is wonderful for those who appreciate harmony in their home. Overall, it's like a secure, contemporary space where children can play, families can unwind, and life is just a little bit simpler.
